Yes, we provide a free trial for SaaS Pharmacy. Sign up for your Virtual Practice account here. You can try out the features of our platform for a 5-day trial period before subscribing to a plan of your choice. During the trial period, you can enjoy all features of the full-fledged multi-store model. Once a plan expires, you can choose a suitable plan based on your feature requirement. We recommend that you upgrade your account before the trial expires.
Once your trial period ends, your account will be deactivated for 5 days, and after that, it will be terminated. You can resume services by logging in and subscribing to any plan during the trial period.
We offer two modes of subscription viz. Monthly and Yearly. You can choose any subscription pharmacy model and pay via credit or debit card or bank transfer via pre-existing payment gateways.
We accept most credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers for subscription payments.
Yes, we do support mapping of a custom domain which allows you to use your own domain e.g. www.yourbusinessname.com instead of yourbusinessname.emedhealthtech.com. Once you have taken up a paid subscription, you can contact our support team and we will inform you the whole process. For more information on mapping your own domain please contact us.
We will provide an APK file of your pharmacy app within 5 business days. After that, Google Play Console may take up to 10 business days to get the app live on the Google play store. (*It may vary depending on the Google play store console A/C)
You need to have a pharmacy store logo, a website domain, and a Google Play Store console account before starting your ePharmacy app.
We have an internal medicine database team which visits our network medical stores and captures pictures and creates a medicine database. Pharmacists verify it and we make it available on SAAS platform complimentary for all our clients, In addition updated MRP and New Medicines are added to the pool when users add/update it.
SMS Gateway charges depend upon the selection of SMS provider by you as there are multiple SMS service providers. The cost for SMS is based on the tariff, type of SMS you select, and the location of the recipient.
All the prices of our platform and its related services are exclusive of any applicable taxes, so charges of applicable taxes may need to be paid by the customer.

Yes, you might have to pay your payment gateway directly for the transaction charges. EMed HealthTech platforms’ subscriptions prices are exclusive of any payment gateway charges.
Our team will guide you during the setup process including EMail SMTP, Firebase Management, etc. However, if you want EMed HealthTech to do a one-time setup on your behalf including Payment Gateway Integration, Delivery Partner Integration, etc, the fee for the same will be INR 5000.
- The SaaS model includes SaaS solutions (with color and logo changes) and any further customization is not performed. This model will be suitable for small to medium-scale pharmacies and hospitals.
- Whereas in the Enterprise model, customization and 3rd Party system integration like Shipping, Billing, and HMIS are done based on client requirements at additional costs. It includes White label solutions (with color and logo changes) and integration with one local payment gateway. This model will be suitable for bigger hospitals or governments where they need business customization.
We have designed our platform keeping in mind all the necessary features needed for doctors, patients, clinics, and hospitals. So, we are not providing customization for our subscription model, not that you will need it. However, if you still need customization, you can contact our team to know more about it.
If you don't have a logo, you can select a logo of your choice from the predefined logo template provided by us. If you need a unique and custom logo, don't hesitate to get in touch with us so that we can design a logo for you at additional charges.
The Free trial does not include watermarking. When you upgrade to a paid plan, after that all product images will be watermarked automatically within 24 hours. Watermarking on product images will be the same as the site title provided by you during the registration process.
